Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of using cross-training exercises (CrossFit) to improve the explosive power of the legs on learning the attacking skill for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Tripoli. The experimental approach was used in a single-group design (pre-post), and the sample size was 15 students.
