The Department of Sharia and Law graduates with specialized cadres that combine the specialization of Sharia and law. This enables them to work in courts and judicial bodies, and offices for drafting contracts and legal consultations. Bridging the gap between specialists in law and Islamic law, and avoiding errors resulting from legalists' ignorance of legal science

Ms. Souad Salem Mohammad Abu Saad

Lecturer Professor at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences, since 2016 Associate professor in a number of Libyan universities since 2010-2018. Legal Adviser at the Ministry of Labor (2003-2018). Former Head of the Department of Cultural Relations and Conferences at the College(2018-2020). She supervised a number of graduate research at the college. Founder of an initiative to develop legal education in Libya. Member of scientific committees and participant in a number of scientific symposia internally and internationally. Member of scientific committees for a number of internal and international scientific conferences. She has a number of researches published internally and internationally.
