In the current era, quality is a necessary requirement for every educational institution that aspires to achieve leadership. The College of Education, Tripoli, is one of the colleges of the University of Tripoli, which enjoys a prestigious academic status among the university’s colleges. The Quality and Performance Evaluation Department at the college has participated in reaching this status through the establishment of a distinguished system for quality and performance evaluation within the college, which works efficiently and with excellence in order to achieve the vision of The mission and goals of the college. And achieving quality requirements to obtain institutional and program accreditation. The Quality Department has adopted the slogan ((Quality is created and not achieved by chance)) through the intensified efforts of all members of the college. This is done by reviewing systems and processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses, preparing plans, and issuing reports on the college’s performance in order to develop and improve to achieve quality, efficiency, and excellence, with the hope of reaching competitive levels locally and regionally in performance and achievement.

The college's Quality Assurance Department seeks to achieve the following goals:Establishing an internal quality assurance system to achieve the college’s goals. Developing an action plan to ensure quality within the college.Spreading a culture of quality and supporting activities related to it.Developing the educational service in accordance with quality and accreditation standards. Continuous evaluation of the educational process to enhance the strengths, address the weaknesses, and suggest appropriate solutions to overcome them.  Achieving the satisfaction and expectations of students, faculty members, workers, and beneficiaries of college services.Gaining the confidence of the Libyan community in the outcomes of the college’s educational process and ensuring the college graduate’s ability to meet the requirements of the local labor market in light of contemporary changes and challenges.Promoting the values of excellence and competitiveness in the college.
